Hypnotherapy, said to create a natural state of heightened awareness, where you can open your mind to beneficial
suggestions, is one of them.

Once better known for its entertainment value in the guise of stage hypnosis, more recently hypnotherapy has been taken more seriously as a way of helping people to make positive changes in their life; curing phobias, cutting out bad habits and reducing anxiety.
